Continuing good news on the job scene is creating a rather robust discussion of income equality.

As the job market rebounds the einevitable conversation about fair pay does as well.

A new survey by the job community website Glassdoor sats nearly 40% of all employees feel they're not getting paid fairly for what they do.

And on top of that, Scott Dobroski of Glassdoor says employees are also aware of the gap between them and the bosses, which could cause problems as workers watch CEO's pay and bonuses far outpce their base pay and opportunities.

He says as the economy continues to improve those employees could be costly losses for companies.
