Another South Florida judge declares the state's same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional.

Palm Beach County circuit judge Diana Lewis strikes down the ban in the case of a man who married his husband in Delaware and owned property in Florida before he died.

Frank Bangor's husband, W. Jason Simpson, wants to be recognized as the personal representative of his estate in Florida. State law allows a spouse to be legally recognized as a personal representative if the marriage is considered valid.

A Broward judge struck down Florida's same-sex marriage ban yesterday but immediately stayed his ruling pending an appeal from Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi.
