13- thousand South Florida homes are...Zombies.

They're stuck in foreclosure limbo - and they've been Zombies for an average of 411 days.

The Banks can't unload them because the owners walked away and there are piles of unfinished paperwork.

Bloomquist says Florida lawmakers passed a law to speed up foreclosures, but it backfired.

He suggest they get to work tweaking the law.
