UPDATE: 7/28 6:50am

A Swastika and the words Hamas written on the pillars of a North Miami Beach Synagogue. A community patrol unit noticed the messages of hate spray painted at Congregation Torah V'Emunah near Northeast 10th and 175th Street. Cops are searching for those responsible.

Two cars are damaged in what some are considering a hate crime.

The cars were sitting outside the home of an Iranian-Jewish family in a predominantly Jewish Miami Beach neighborhood.

One of the cars was egged, while somebody scrawled the words "Jew" and "Hamas" on the other car with what appears to be a cream cheese bar.

Miami Beach Police have not identified any suspects. It is unclear if the perpetrators specifically targeted this family.
