The Cannibal Strikes Again

FIFA has charged Luis Suarez for biting Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini in the teams' World Cup match, a process that could lead to a suspension for Uruguay's best offensive player.

Suárez has been banned twice previously for biting opponents. The first time was in 2010, when he was given a seven-game ban for biting PSV Eindhoven's Otman Bakkal.
