Chef Ralph Pagano's Recipe

Seafood Salad:

2 lbs shrimp

2 lbs calamari

2 lbs corvina 

1/2 cup celery

1 teaspoon chopped garlic

1/2 cup roasted red peppers

3 tablespoons of kalamata olives 

2 tablespoons of pickled hot peppers

4 oz olive oil 

1 teaspoon lemon zest 

3 oz lemon juice


Mix it all together and call it a day! Enjoy!
