Big Grilled Leg of Lamb
- 3 pound boneless leg of lamb, butterflied.
- 8 oz olive oil
- 6 oz sherry vinegar
- 4 tablespoon chopped Rosemary
- 2 tablespoon chopped garlic
- Salt
- Black pepper
Blend marinade ingredients, pour over lamb and let marinate for 2 hours.
