Kefta:
1 pound ground lamb
1 tablespoon fresh mint
1 teaspoon chopped oregano
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Sauce:
1 cup strained Greek yogurt
1 garlic clove. Mashed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
1 bunch green onion. Sliced
1 oz lemon juice
Method
For the meat:
1- combine the lamb meat and all the ingredients
2- form into 3 inch oval balls
3- cook in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. Or. On the grill for 7-10 minutes
For the sauce:
1- mix the sauce ingredients and serve up
Great in a pita!
