So Ben Affleck has a new film on the way and it's attracting a bit of attention online. Why? Well, it kinda looks like he's playing himself, or at least a version of himself. He plays a character struggling with alcoholism, which might just a tad too close to home. The film is a story of redemption, described in Brobible's article as a story about "a former basketball star who has lost his wife and family foundation because of an addiction, who attempts to regain his soul by becoming the coach of a high school basketball team at his alma mater.” Of course, Affleck's struggle with addiction has been well documented, so we'll see how he channels that into his performance.
