This older man was PISSED.
So pissed at this apartment complex he took matters into his own hands.
Police said Robert Thomas was upset with management about water damage and flooding in his apartment. After making threats, police said Thomas went to the office and shot a maintenance worker twice in his legs.
Police eventually show up and take the old man down.
