Another day, another Karen losing her mind over having to wear a mask. It's incredibly satisfying when she asks to speak to a manager and discovers that the man she's been speaking to IS the one in charge. Kudos to this gentleman for remaining calm and offering multiple solutions to Karen's issue...going as far as offering to take pictures of items in their store and bringing them out to her.
