First Vince Neil is seen using a teleprompter, now Tommy Lee is using a backing track?!
In a video from the Mötley Crüe show in Kansas City, Mo. on July 19th, drummer Tommy Lee's tech is seen making adjustments to the kit before Lee quickly scrambles to get seated for the beginning of the next song.
Before Lee has a chance to pick up his drum sticks, a cymbal count-in is heard and Lee makes his first drum strikes as the song fully begins with other instrumentation.
Lee recently broke four of his ribs, so the backing track could be a temporary solution while he gets back to full strength.
