A customer is suing Dunkin' Donuts after being injured by an exploding toilet!
Paul Kerouac is seeking more than $100,000, claiming he suffered “severe and long-term injuries” after a toilet exploded in the men's room of a Dunkin' location in Winter Park, Fla.
Kerouac was covered in human feces, urine and debris, and walked out of the men’s room seeking help from workers. The lawsuit states, an employee said that they were aware of the “problem with the toilet” from previous incidents and that Kerouac suffered “bodily injury,” and requires mental health care and counseling.
A trial for the lawsuit is still pending.
