Librarians at a Maryland library were surprised to find a Pink Floyd CD that was checked out in 1989.
In the return box a staffer at the Laurel Branch Library were shocked to discover a "Wish You Were Here" CD that was due 35 years ago. The CD had been gone so long that it wasn't in the library's system, so whoever had it for all this time is getting off scot free when it comes to late fees. The borrower will remain a mystery, not that it mattered anyway, since the facility is now fine free.
