The military of North Korea sent over 260 balloons carrying feces and trash to South Korea, taking a litteral dump on the nation.
Military and police collected the balloons, with packages containing excrement and trash attached to them. Timers and explosives were attached to a string connecting the balloons and the trashed in order to make them burst after a certain amount of time. Some balloons are still airborne, but the fallen balloons went as far as Seoul and the provinces of Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Gyeongsang and Jeolla.
South Korea's Joint Chiefs of Staff condemned the balloon launch, and are advising people to report any sightings.
