A man was arrested for impersonating a well-known pizza parlor.

Before you start singing "That's Amore"

Jose Marti-Alvarez, was arrested for posing as a delivery man for Roman's Pizzeria in Miami, where he delivered undercooked or raw pizzas to tourists, and posted fake flyers to tourists' hotel rooms. Apparantly, this has been going on for several years, which resulted in complaints, negative reviews, and upset customers for the real Roman's Pizzeria.

Marti-Alvarez is now charged with aggravated battery after he fled from hotel staff and hit a staff member with his car. Jesus Roman, who owns the pizzeria is pressing charges of organized scheme to defraud.

"I didn't want him to get arrested, but that's something that had to happen to stop him. It's not the right thing to do – he could have done it the right way; this wouldn't have happened," Roman said.

It remains to be seen if Jose will be convicted, but it's safe to say he's not gonna get a Roman's Pizza in jail.
