ASL Interpreter During Irma Doesn't Know ASL At All

What happens when there's an impending hurricane, a press conference minutes away and no one to interpret the words in to Sign Language? 

You get the guy in this video. 

Manatee County in Florida needed someone ASAP to tell the deaf community what was going on in the hurricane and saying that the interpreter fell short is quite the understatement! 

The interpreter later admitted that he knew a little ASL because his brother was deaf but as we're learning now, a deaf brother isn't an ASL expert make! 

Look out for the actual translations below...they don't make one bit of sense...
