Canada's Discovery Wildlife Park is in some serious trouble after a video of one of their bears going to the Dairy Queen drive thru made the rounds on YouTube!
The zoo has been charged with two offenses under Alberta's Wildlife Act after the bear's keepers allowed the captive Kodiak bear to be hand-fed ice cream and filmed it.
So the zoo tried to do their part at PR and emphasize that it took care to eliminate any risks: The bear was on a chain, and the video was shot before DQ opened and the shop's owner was the one doing the feeding.
Regardless the zoo is charged with taking the bear from its facility without notifying provincial officials.
