Amelia grew up in Queensland, Australia and has followed her career as a Helicopter Television and Radio Reporter around the country. This Aussie has worked in all areas of radio from the ground up, beginning with obtaining a degree in Media at 17 years old. She’s done everything from on air work, radio marketing, news, to producing the number one rated breakfast show in the state. She settled on Traffic Reporting with The Australian Traffic Network where she was providing traffic reports from a helicopter twice a day, for the top rated national morning television show. After a few years in Brisbane the company promoted her to Sydney to report on the country’s busiest traffic scene, where she also filmed footage of accidents from the helicopter and flew over the opera house on a daily basis! Now Amelia lives in sunny South Florida and is the Midday host on South Florida’s Classic Rock station…and she couldn’t be happier!
