Paying the checked bag fee is always a pain when flying. And now Maker’s Mark wants to take the edge off of paying that extra fee.
The whiskey brand is offering to cover the checked bag fees of those packing a bottle of bourbon to bring home for the holidays.
The program runs through the end of the year at WhiskyFlights.MakersMark.com. Travellers can upload their checked-baggage receipt at the site where the company is handling up to $50,000 in fees.
