New Year, New Recipe: BBQ Baby Back Ribs!

January starts the year off right and today we have a healthy and delicious recipe for BBQ Baby Back Ribs with Garlic Sauce! No Sugar..No Ketchup.. No kidding! 

Ingredients: 

1 rack of Baby Back Pork Ribs

6 ounces olive oil

2 tablespoon roasted garlic

2 juicy lemons

1 bunch fresh chopped oregano

1 tablespoon granulated garlic

Kosher salt

Cracked Black pepper

2 tablespoon dry oregano

Method: 

1- Cut individually and  season the ribs with salt, pepper, dry oregano and half the olive oil   ( you can do this immediately or up to the day before ). 

2- Grill over medium heat, being sure not to burn, Lid down, but let cook without moving all over the grill.  Expect about 15 total minute cook time 

3- Mix the garlic, fresh oregano, olive oil, and juice of the two lemons, making sure to crush and mash the garlic in the olive oil so its smooth. Season with salt and pepper .. this is great simple garlic sauce

4- Remove the ribs from the grill and toss in the garlic sauce and let sit for 5 minutes. This allows the meat to absorb some of that garlic sauce

5- Serve with a chopped salad of romaine, cippoloini onions, hearts of palm, pickled cauliflower, raspberry  vinegar and enjoy the first day of the rest of your life !
