A man in Pottsvile is facing charges jumping through his neighbor’s window, while he was naked.
According to the Pottsville Bureau of Police, 27-year-old, Michael Yackenchick, jumped through his neighbor’s window, while he was naked at 7:18 am. A female resident told police he was still in the house, and they entered the home to find Yackenchick, who was still naked. Upon approaching Yckanchick he refused to listen to verbal commands and three officers subdued Yackenchick and took him into custody.
Yackenchick was taken into custody and charged with felony counts of burglary and criminal trespassing, as well as, indecent exposure, assault, and criminal mischief. Yackenchick is out on $15,000 bail.
