Esha Persad was arrested on a battery charge, for hurling a Burrito?!
At her home in St. Petersburg, Persad and her husband got into a fight, apparently because she bought him Taco Bell and McDonald's for his birthday. This led her to throwing two food items at him, a burrito and a soft shell taco. It's possible there was no Big Mac available, depending on what meal she got from McDonalds. The burrito was still on the man's face when police arrived at the scene, but her husband was not injured.
When asked why she threw a burrito, she said it was because he threw a bag at her, which he denied. Persad was booked into the Pinellas County jail, but is back out now.
Hopefully she doesn't come across a Pizza Hut on the way home or all Hell will break loose.
