Escambia County, FL - A man whose mugshot went viral because of his wide neck has been arrested again and booked into a Florida jail.
35-year-old Charles McDowell of Penscaola was arrested and booked into the Escambia County Jail on charges of aggravated stalking and withholding support.
McDowell, who put out rap songs under the name "Wide Neck," gained internet notoriety for his wide neck following his 2018 arrest and release of his mugshot.
According to police, McDowell committed the offense of aggravated stalking on August 24th after he showed up to a woman's Escambia County home and sent her threatening text messages.
A warrant was put out for his arrest in August.
McDowell was arrested and booked into jail on Sunday.
