Workers had their trucks parked on a public street in front of his house and told him that they would move the trucks as soon as possible. Apparently that was not good enough for him as he calmly went into his home and came out with a revolver and proceeded to shoot out the tires of both trucks in broad daylight. He didn't even seem to care that he was being recorded while one of the workmen called 911.
