As reported by Fox News 13, a rat in Delray caused a newsworthy stir by making a surprise appearance in a school vending machine. The rat, dubbed the new #SnackRat, made his appearance at Atlantic Community High School in Delray Beach, Florida. In the video of the incident, you can hear the student body freaking out about the rodent intruder.
One parent, named Latoya Johnson, had this to say about the occurrence: "I was horrified, actually to see that at a public school, that this would go on."
We're pretty sure she's not the only parent that's going to feel this sentiment. The school hired an exterminator to handle the situation on Wednesday.
