As reported by 7 News Miami, a special vehicle was seen driving around in New Port Richey. Now, when we say special, we mean Florida special, so you know it's gotta be weird. Behold, the boat-car hybrid. But that's not all. Oh no. The boat-car was made complete with the addition of a dog in a life vest, and some animatronic alligators. It's truly a competitor for the most Florida thing ever created.
