Hemingway Daiquiri
- 1.5 oz Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum
- .75 oz Fresh Lime juice
- .5 oz Fresh Grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp Maraschino liquer
- 1 tsp sugar
Combine all ingredients & shake; strain. Pour into Coupe glass and garnish with lime wheel.
The Sun Also Rises
- 1.5 oz Papa's Pilar Dark Rum
- 1.5 oz Montenegro Amaro
- .5 oz Yuzu
- .5 oz Fresh Orange Juice
- 4 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Fill l shaker with ice; add Rum, Amaro, Yuzu, Orange Juice & Chocolate Bitters. Shake vigorously & strain into
rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish with Orange twist.
