A Florida man who twerked next to his SUV during a rainy traffic stop instead of cooperating with deputies was stunned with a Taser.
Deputies booked Richard Wolfe, 57, into the county jail under charges of resisting an officer without violence, fleeing from law enforcement after being ordered to stop and reckless driving.
