The house is known as “The One Bel Air,” a 105k-square-foot mansion with a 50-seat theater, a nightclub, a four-lane bowling alley, 21 bedrooms, 42 bathrooms, and a 5,500-square-foot master suite was listed for half a billion dollars, but with no one showing interest in the mansion developer Nile Niami has dropped the price to just $225 million.
