• 2 oz Papa's Park Dark Rum
• 0.5 oz Disaronno Amaretto
• 4 Dashes Orange Bitters

Stir over ice and serve with large ice cube. Add smoke with cocktail smoker, garnish with rock candy dipped in roasted marshmallow fluff.

Holiday Punch

• 1.5 oz rum or whiskey
• 0.5 oz honey or simple syrup
• 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz cranberry or pomegranate juice

Garnish with grated nutmeg and berries.
