2 TABLESPOONS SAMBAL OLEK
½ CUP GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
FOR TURKEY
2 POUNDS GROUND TURKEY
2 EACH BEATEN EGGS
1 BUNCH CHOPPED FRESH CILANTRO
1 TEASPOON SMOKED PAPRIKA
2 TABLESPOON CHOPPED FRESH PARSELY
SQUEEZE OF LIME
YOUGURT + LIME + GARLIC + MINT FOR DIPPING
METHOD:
1- COOK BROCCOLI IN BOILING SALTED WATER
2- REMOVE AND TOSS IN HOT CHILI OIL, SAMBAL OLEK, PARMESAN AND PLACE IN BROILER TO BROWN
3- FOR TURKEY; IN BOWL MIX ALL INGREDIENTS
4- ON A GRIDDLE FRY UP THE DUMPLINGS TILL COOKED THRU
5- DRIZZLE THE DUMPLINGS WITH LIME JUICE, CHILI OIL AND DIP IN YOGURT SAUCE
