State cops in Pennsylvania are preparing for sightings of creepy clowns as the remake of IT comes out September 8th...thanks, Stephen King!
Creepy clown sightings and reports have been happening more and more in the past few years and the opening of IT could allow for people to take advantage of the hype of the movie and start freaking people out in the streets.
The department even put out a statement addressing the issue saying that of course these sightings are not that new but could be heightened this year but people should be aware of their surroundings and report suspicious activities and the state Terrorism Tip Line...if the clowns just can't keep things in the big top.
