Public Hand Dryers Aren't As Clean As You Think!

The University of Connecticut has unveiled a new study about how disgusting those public restrooms are, and it's gross.

You know those new fancy Dyson hand dryers? Yes, they promise to dry your hands completely in 12 seconds, but that comes at a price...poop.

Unfortunately those hand dryers have been found to spread germs and excrement more than any other hand dryer out there!

Apparently it all starts when you flush a toilet with the lid open; it sends fecal bits into the air, where they hang around until you stick your hands under the dryer.

They’re then sucked into the dryer’s intake, heated up, and spat back out – all over your wet hands AKA the perfect environment for bacteria to thrive.

Pro tip: stick to the hand sanitizer.
