Roast Turkey Breast Summer Style
Ingredients:
- 4-5 Fresh Turkey Breast on the cage
- 4 bunches fresh rosemary
- 1 teaspoon ground tumeric
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 2 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoon virgin olive oil
Method:
- wash the bird in the sink and pat dry
- place rosemary under the skin under each side
- rub the turkey with the rest of the ingredients
- place in 450 degree oven on a rack for 30 minutes
- turn oven off and keep in the oven
- after 30 minutes turn broiler on and flip bird over and broil for 12 minutes
- let rest for 20 minutes and then cut off the cage

Summer Tomato Salad
- 1 pound diced tomato, diced
- 1 pound diced cucumber, diced
- 1 cup pea tendrils
- 1 each red onion, sliced
- 5 oz EVO
- 5 ozs white balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup fresh mint
- sea salt & pepper
Toss all and serve!
