Birthday Toast!


  • 2 slices Texas Toast
  • 1 table spoon soft butter 
  • 1 table spoon garlic aioli 
  • 1 each avocado mashed 
  • 6 each shrimp 
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 
  • 3 ozs white tequila 
  • 3 ozs olive oil
  • 2 ozs lime juice 
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • Cracked pepper and salt 
  • 1 tablespoon butter 
  • 1 Fresno pepper 


  1. heat up a griddle and then Brush one side of the bread with the soft butter and griddle golden brown 
  2. brush the other side of the bread with the garlic mayonnaise and griddle golden brown 
  3. crack some salt, when golden brown  remove toast and keep to side
  4. mash avocado, season with salt and pepper and lime juice and top the toast With the avocado mash 
  5. sauté the shrimp in olive oil
  6. add garlic , and cook till it smells great 
  7. add tequila and butter and cilantro and swirl around.  Add the chopped Fresno pepper and taste and if necessary Adjust seasoning 
  8. top the toast and avocado with the shrimp and equally distribute the sauce
