Tractor-Trailers Unite To Save Potential Jumper

As reported by 7 News Miami, members of the trucker community came together to help prevent what could have potentially been a nasty situation. The scene was the Florida turnpike in Orlando, midday on Tuesday. Florida Highway Patrol was present and witnessed something quite miraculous: Truckers lining up their trailers under an overpass to break a man's potential fall. 

Highway patrol described the man as "in distress," which could have been an indicator of an intention of self harm or even suicide. The goal of the truckers was to break the man's fall if he did indeed decide to jump. 

Thankfully, the story does have a positive ending as the man decided to come down from the overpass after approximately an hour. Below is Orlando Highway Patrol's tweet depicting their vantage point during the situation:
