A man known as Kalaca Skull has been featured in the Daily Mail, and we simply have to talk about him. His birth name is Eric Yeiner Hincapié Ramírez and he's always been obsessed with skeletons and skulls. His obsession and fascination with the imagery got to the point where he decided he wanted to take the plunge and look just like one.
So, Eric, now Kalaca Skull, made several huge decisions to permanently modify his appearance. He was the first person in Colombia to have their nose and ears surgically altered in such a fashion, and he got lots of attention for it. He also has his tongue and eye sockets tattooed.
It's safe to say that when this guy commits, there's no stopping him from achieving his goal. Which is oddly inspiring, if you look beyond the surface imagery. Below is a video covering Kalaca Skull:
