Miami Officer Creates Fake Stop For Marriage Proposal

In life it's almost a sure thing that you're going to hit a traffic stop at some point or another, but nobody could have predicted what one woman experienced when she and her boyfriend hit one on Tuesday, September 4th. The boyfriend in question collaborated with Miami police officer Sgt. Jeff Motola to set up a marriage proposal disguised a traffic stop. 

As reported by the Miami Herald, Officer Christina O'Neil also played a key role in the set up, which took place on 11th St. and Washington Ave. 

After the lucky lady said yes (after some shock and processing), she felt a combination of excitement about her new engagement, but also nerves at what she thought was going to be a potential ticket. 

“Wow, I am even shaking from everything,” she said.
