3 quarts chicken broth 

1 tablespoon fresh ginger 

4 ozs soy sauce 

1 tablespoon chopped garlic 

1 each kefir lime leaf 

1 cup Chopped cooked shiitake mushrooms 

1 cup bean sprouts 

1 cup picked Chicken 

1 bunch green onion

1 bunch fresh cilantro

1 thinly sliced radish 

1 each sliced jalapeño


1- simmer the broth for 30 minutes 

2- in 4 bowls separate all the soup garnish equally 

3- pour hot broth over garnish 

4- eat with big spoon
