Krispy Kreme Doughnuts is a brand synonymous with good feelings like joy and being too full to function. Despite that indisputable fact, the brand's reputation took a blow in Dublin, Ireland when chaos erupted at a brand new location.
As reported by the New York Post, the drive-thru of the new location was the site of the unexpected disturbance. Locals who desired the popular doughnuts drove into the 24-hour drive-thru each expecting an easy time, only for the whole thing to get way out of hand. They were backed up so far that they ended up lining up all the way out into the road. They were honking horns and making noise all night.
The other residents of the area were beyond angry. Krispy Kreme has responded by closing the drive-thru at 11:30. Check out the video of the situation below:
