Toast's Weekend Sports Preview (8/2/19)

Here's your weekend sports preview…

The Dolphins will take to the Hard Rock Stadium field Saturday for their annual 'Open Scrimmage'. Start time is 1pm and you can grab your FREE tickets right here! If you do go, the guy we're all trying to get a read on, Josh Rosen, will be wearing #3.

The Marlins will be spending the weekend in Tampa for a quick 2-game series versus the Rays. Elieser Hernandez will get the ball Saturday and Caleb Smith will go for his 5th straight win on Sunday.

The Pro Football Hall of Fame will induct the Class of 2019 on Saturday and it will definitely have a South Florida feel to it. Among the inductees is Miami Hurricane legend, Ed Reed. He will be joined by Champ Bailey, Tony Gonzalez, Ty Law, Johnny Robinson and Kevin Mawae. Gil Brandt and Pat Bowlen will be inducted for contributions to the game off the field. The festivities begin at 7pm and you can watch it all on ESPN or The NFL Network. Here's a video montage of #20's greatness while a Miami Hurricane.

NASCAR will switch things up this weekend by adding some right turns to the mix as they visit Watkins Glen. The green flag drops Sunday at 3p on NBCSN.

Finally, the PGA Tour is in North Carolina for the Wyndham Championship. There is really no one of note playing so if you actually spend time watching this, you either really love golf, or really hate your family…

Have a great weekend and stay dry!
