WATCH: Vince Neil Slurs His Way Through Cameo Birthday Message Gone Viral

2014 iHeartRadio Music Festival - Night 1 - Show

Some Mötley Crüe fans sure got something memorable when they bought a happy birthday message for their younger brother from Vince Neil via the Cameo app.

Cameo is a video-sharing website where fans can purchase personalized videos from some of their favorite stars. The list of participating celebrities continues to grow and some of their Cameo videos have gone viral in the past. Now, a video of Mötley Crüe lead singer Vince Neil is going viral but unfortunately not for a good reason. The real question is - is Vince drunk in this video? Not only is the Mötley Crüe frontman slurring his speech in the one-take effort, he's pretty clearly reading the message for the very first time as he's recording it. He even flubs the names of the people involved before signing off!

Vince is on the high end cost-wise for Cameo, with fans shelling out $400 for each video. What do you think? Is Vince drunk? Is $400 too much for Vince Neil, even if he's sober? Watch the video below and share your thoughts in the comments. By the way, Mötley Crüe is heading out on 'The Stadium Tour' this summer with Def Leppard, with ticket prices well below a personal message from Vince.
