Daylight Savings Tips

It's daylight savings and apparently, it messes with our bodies. Ways to help ease the change are;

  • Get enough sleep: It can take up to a week for your body to register the time change -- and that means a possible lack of sleep which also means mental fuzz at work.
  • Make sure you go out and go to the gym: Instead of going to the gym or out with friends after work, people go home because it's dark out. Getting out of your routine is bad for your mood and your health. You don’t want to avoid working out and having fun. (Health)

Take care of yourselves during the time change and you'll be alright!
