Ever got stung behind the wheel for doing something you didn't actually do?
A motorist in Connecticut is fighting the law after he got a ticket for eating McDonald's behind the wheel. The Police insist it was a mobile phone in his hand and not food.
Apparently the driver has proven phone records that he didn't infact make any calls and he even has a bluetooth speaker so has no need to use his hands to hold the phone while driving. (Albany Times-Union)
