Tiny Homes, Big Problems

Empty nesters downsizing, young couples breaking into the housing market, and singles who don't have a lot of cash. It doesn't matter who you are, it seems the tiny home phenomenon hasn't shown any signs of slowing down. You can now buy your new home for tiny $10,000. The catch, you need to be okay with living in a 70-square-foot space, be able to build it yourself and be okay with showering at the gym .... 😂 Building plans are sold for $129 from some companies like Pin-Up House and take about three months to make. I haven't quite figured out how it being on wheels is helpful just yet and I've got to say, I'm a big fan of the shower...... so I think I'll stick to renting if I can't buy just yet.
