The 32-year-old woman from Pennsylvania is facing assault charges after she showed up at her ex-boyfriend's place last Sunday night . . . and junk-punched him so hard, one of the crown jewels fell out.
It makes me feel sick just thinking about this.
Whats even creepier is that when her ex wasn't home so she waited for him. He showed up around one in the morning, she was inside his house and she demanded to know where he'd been, then started HITTING him.
She's facing charges for reckless endangerment, simple assault, harassment, and felony aggravated assault.
