A new survey found a lot of us would LIKE to join a gym to get in better shape. But we're too embarrassed to walk our wobbly wastes in there and get judged by everyone.
So we won't join a gym UNTIL we get in better shape.
It's a vicious cycle isn't it?
However! I'm going to hit you with the tough love. I think you should suck it up because joining a gym, having an appointment with a trainer or a class booked gives you more of an inclination to go. Then, of course you'll lose the weight faster.
