Rebel Wilson And James Corden In Trouble.

It seems that the Visual Effects Society was deeply hurt by the presentation that Rebel Wilson and James Corden made at the Oscars. The two comedians may have insulted the VFX of the flop of a movie they starred in, Cats. Before they read the nominees for Best Visual Effects they said "As castmembers of the motion picture Cats, nobody more than us understands the importance of good visual effects"

The film bombed at the box office and people were more afraid of the "fur technology" than impressed.

The Visual Effects Society released a statement that read "The best visual effects in the world will not compensate for a story told badly."

Ouch.
