A Japanese Tapas place in Canada called Yuu Japanese Tapas now serves Ramen Noodles in a chilled Bonito Broth and served with an egg white foam. Although there's no actual beer in it, which is a disappointment for sure, it's novel and apparently delicious .... maybe if we just buy beer and throw it in ourselves?
The owner says it was so hot one day and she was so hungry and wanted Ramen but it was simply too hot to stomach the hot soup. She was dreaming about beer and decided to combine the two in a way.
It comes with fried chicken or fried vegetables on the side and they have a bunch of other fun menu items to chose from as well.
